they owner of this vehicle was driving a Buick and hit my car as it was parked and then started running . they later drove past the accident scene several times and drove away speeding once questioned by cops.

After being stopped at a red light for a good 30 seconds, the stupid female driving this car rear ended me. The light was still red when it happened. I got out of the car, she reversed and I looked and seen no damage, but regardless, stay the hell off your phone and learn to apply a brake. If I wasn't in uniform I would have done a lot more than look and walk away.

Douche bag Chevrolet sports car. Going slowly so I passed him and he speeds up to get in front of me and slows down. Does this several times and even cuts me off on the exit. Guy's gotta have cotton balls.

Pulled out onto the avenue without yielding to oncoming traffic. Not able to avoid this guy in time. Property damage only, no personal injury. Potato.
