Beware of the driver with plate FMS4699 in a white SUV. This lunatic almost crashed into me when attempting to illegally pass me going through an intersection into a one lane, one way road with parking on both sides. She was in the right turning lane, I was in the straight lane. She honked the entire time the light was red and any time any other car was in front of her or even simply near her, including when another car would arrive first at intersections. At times she would honk when when no one was in front of her.
I have never seen anything like this driver. This woman is profoundly mentally unstable and dangerous. You've been warned.
