This person failed to look in their mirrors and mad an unsafe, illegal turn through a solid white line that almost killed me

this man came in to a dr. office the we both visit. began insulting me verbally them psychically attacked me and began ranting about how he was going to put a bullet in my head...
...sorta unrelated to his driving but just giving everyone a heads
"he may put a bullet in your head" but of course you could laugh in his face the same as i did and watch him get so worked up he almost has a heart attack.

This person back into at the Williamson WV Court House and took off. Good thing some one got his plate number. 1997 Ford Range belonging to Toby Albright. If anyone knows this person, tell him hit and run is against the law.
