Today going south on the 74 & Collier in Lake Elsinore, entering the Home Depot parking lot, this driver stopped & engaged confrontation.

Details:
I was behind this driver while he was doing 30 in a 45, impeding traffic. Instead of looking ahead of him driving, he's looking at me in his mirrors. I flipped him off for not paying attention & from there he engaged. I took my phone out and recorded him for my safety.
