I used to work at McDonald's and I wouldn't screw around with any of these criminals. She's on drugs, and I can tell just by how she acts. The few times I had to deal with one of these scumbags, I screamed in their face, and called the police. I hope she's in jail.

According to California law, the penalty for driving under the influence can be 6 months in federal prison, 6 months suspenion of the convicted's liscense, and a fine of up to $3,600 dollars. Additionally, the penalty for a hit and run is an additional 6 months in prison, 3 years probation, a $1,000 fine (which can also potentially include the cost of repair to the damaged vehicle), and 2 points on their state driving record.
Altogether, this woman is facing (and has hopefully already been charged with) a full year behind bars, upwards of $4,600 in fines and restitution fees, 6 months barred from driving, and 3 years being monitored by state authorities.
If this woman has not yet been arrested and convicted, all the evidence needed to build an easily won case is right here in the video.
This woman belongs in prison, immediately.
