Diver: Asian female, around 28 y.o. Car: White BMW Z4. She is either crazy or drunk. Honk at me when I tried to slow down when driving over big potholes on a right turn. Cut me off when we're merging into one lane. She then weaved left and right through a slow traffic on a ramp merging on to a freeway. Then powered through and cut other cars in line trying to merge into the freeway and cars taking the exit. Very dangerous driver that should't get the privilege to drive on public roads.
