Red 1995 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible with chrome maybe 18 or 19 inch 5 spoke wheels. Drive's like he's got diarrhea as is about to blow a gasket. Weaves in and out of traffic with no turn signal, speeds on the shoulder driving around traffic and when stared at him at the light he reached into his back seat like he was about to grab a weapon (while keeping eye contact with me and yelling nice things). Driver was an African American Male, possibly in his mid 30s

This idiot African American ran a stop sign at Tarmac and Harder in Hayward and then tailgated me like a crazy psycho before cutting off several other drivers and then he pulled into the Giant Burgers parking lot on Harder and Santa Clara. He flipped me off, naturally. I took pictures of his license plate and that's how I found this site. I'll be looking for this idiot every chance I get.
