possibly a drunk driver...
At around 3:15 am on the northbound i-5 before Las Pulgas exit, i was on a drive up to Los Angeles from San Diego. The driver flicked a cigarette butt out his window and I was driving behind him. I high-beamed him because I don't like getting things thrown at my window then he BRAKE-CHECKED me to a complete stop almost on the freeway. I go around him and he proceeds to menace me all the way to about the 405 junction. He kept trying to pull up next to me and stick up middle fingers and he looked like he was on drugs. I had to slow down numerous times and pulled over to the right lanes with my emergency blinkers on. He would then exit the freeway and end up behind me again a few times.
Be careful of this driver, he is a very ANGRY/ROAD RAGE kind of guy.

I forgot to leave a vehicle description. It was a newer model silver color Mercedes-Ben.
