I don't know.. It was pretty tall and seemed too muscular to be a female. (I got a close look as it flew around me via the HOV lane).

Hey @mckennabmw do you know this HOV lane violator customer is? Recklessly speeding and using the carpool lane as a convenience to get around the commoners around him/ her, it. I'd say it's an Asian male- An incredibly arrogant, careless and disrespectful one at that.
