What a jury. Watch out for him when you are driving. BTW, this was on the 417 around 4:45pm December 22, 2016.

This driver would not merge. Every merge lane we came to, he would move into that merge lane to pass more cars. Almost causing an account each time. He almost hit my car. Then he drove off the road, on the shoulder, just to get ahead of 3 more cars and almost caused a 3 car accident again. Drivers like him should have their license revolked!
