This idiot has 2 dogs stuffed in the crate and the dog on top is CHAINED. He keeps almost falling as the idiots drive 65 MPH around turns. If he falls, he will choke to death. This is on Highway 79 going through New Hope, FL. 😪 TAG # FL EREM32
