Idiot parks next to shopping carts return at Costco on 5/19/16. I had to push my heavy cart around the car because I couldn't go between. Plenty of other parking spots at the back (which is where I parked) but this asshole parks next to the shopping carts. Get a handicap pass if u cannot walk far away. Unfuckingbelievable!!
