Chicago: Turning right (going east originally) on Delaware, doesn't stop and takes the turn at about 15 mph (very big large brown van - believe may have had a "joe rizza" plate holder but could be wrong and doesn't matter). Hit me with his car - luckily I got out of the way. Had a walk sign. Not to worry - some of my friends will be stopping by
