The "s" is to be an "a" in the sentences.
"Swimming" should be "swerving".
The "in" should be "on the brakes".

Big black SUV
Driven by a snotty white woman dressed to the hilt!
Speeding and spinning wheels on s residential street and passing car on right side by using s walkway on s one way street, then swimming in front of s car and slamming in the brakes!
She apparently is notfrom this neighborhood and is cutting Thru.
She has no reguards for the safety of others and refuses to obey stop signs, speed limits, & other traffic directionals!
She should be off the road and not be allowed to drive!
