This lady parked in a special parking reserved for Veteran Purple Heart. When confronted she stated it made no difference to her.

People like this have a snake skin. They do not seem to care that the world thinks of them as selfish and nasty. My only prayer is that the Good Lord will acknowledge how uncaring this lady is.
Hopefully what goes around will come around.
