This idiot was weaving through rush hour interstate traffic at speeds over 90mph. Illegal passing, cutting people off, almost caused a few accidents. Watch out!

Looks to me you are impeding the passing lane. I can understand someone aggressively passing in such a case. Over 90 MPH? Do you have radar?
