p.s. im around 38-40 on a DOWNHILL, which works out to 35 on a flat surface. the law allows for that, b/c you can burn you brakes out riding them on a steep down hill, but 55 is inexcuseable. and he almost past the line at the red light.bc he brake so late

tailgated me for no reason, onto Elm Eugene st (Greensboro, again). went to doing 55 in a 35, passed me like i was standing still. im around 38-40 on a DOWNHILL, dude still blew my doors off. tailgates other slower vehicles that are at the speed limit, high beams them. jesus christ, men it's a 35 mph city street with side-streets everywhere, NOT a freeway you cant push people out of the way, there AINT NO fastlane here. that's enough to get several tickets and get your license revoked
