At 2:15pm 9/13/3016 this volkswagon jetta license plate # E48FZD was driving on 565 in vernon, I'm assuming leaving the high school, heading towards rt 23. They passed 3 cars and a school bus on a double yellow. The passenger was hanging outside the passengers window while tailgating a bus. I followed them to Lewisburg rd in Wantage where they proceeded to drive 80 mph on the wrong side of the road. I eventually lost them. Please share this so we can find their parents and make them aware of the danger they are putting themselves and everyone on the road in. The police were called and charges may be filed.
