This driver came down to the Basketball Courts by the Carteret Middle School taking pictures of a family and me and my friends might have possibly caught him masturbating after taking pictures of a family playing basketball. He walked by through the gates of the Basketball Court instead of going straight to his car. This disgusting pedophile needs to be reported but I am not exactly certain if he truly is a pedophile. Most evidence points out that he is for certain.
