This rich BMW owner accused me of hitting his precious car when I parked behind him. I hadn't touched him, and there wasn't a scratch on his car, but he claimed he'd called the police and tried to prevent me from leaving my parking spot by standing in front of my car. He also tried to prevent me from photographing his car by blocking the view of his pristine bumper. If you encounter this spoiled brat, don't let him get away with accusing you of hitting his car, as he's trying to get you to kiss his tush and apologize in order to make himself feel more powerful.

Correction. The first character of the plate should be "F" not "5."
