The above named person is a prostitute from Schenectady NY. Person also steals money and lies about it under oath. Person lived in numerous places including many addresses in Schenectady NY and 1 in Ft Lauderdale Florida, Rotterdam Junction NY, Myrtle Beach South Carolina and Altamont NY. The last address she recently moved from cause she did get along with anyone and was falsely claiming her car was being hit numerous times with eggs. She was enrolled in SCCC where she stole money from someone. She was enrolled in a gym membership at Cross Fit Gym in Guilderland NY where she did the same thing. She uses many aliases and recently harassed her car insurance agent. She has been convicted of prostitution numerous times and DUI and larceny and criminally impersonating a Schenectady police officer to attempt to extort money from someone and lie about it under oath. Young woman formerly of Schenectady NY is a 4 time convicted prostitute. She drives a dark blue 2011 Hyundai Elantra. Ph# 518 727 0658. She steals money and claims a person is stalking her if he refuses to continue to give her cash. She once begged and pleaded with a guy that she claimed was her stalker to give her a $100 bill in a birthday card and give in to her in a park right across the street from where her mother lives but go way in the back by a tree so that her mommy cant look out the window and see she's meeting with her stalker to give her money. Shes a user and abuser. She literally got kicked out of Schenectady for prostitution and moved to a nearby small village. So everyone beware the prostitute from Schenectady NEYSA E RIBECA.

This person was kicked out of Albany county NY in mid August of 2016. She (Neysa E. Ribeca) moved to Londonderry VT, then to Arlington VT. Got rid of the Hyundai Elantra. Now still wreckless, drives a white 2015 Kia Sportage plate GXF-196 (Vermont Plates) Since the post she was suspended at SCCC (college in NY) and again in colleges in VT. She currently lives along side of a Thrift Shop next door to a Stewarts on Route 7a in Arlington VT. Beware she recently been through 12 jobs cause she has a temper and steals. She plagerizes her work in college leading to her getting suspended and expelled. She does have a long tenure as a prostritute in the city of Schenectady NY. Beware NEYSA E. RIBECA.
