This moron had to speed down the center lane of the LIE then changed to the left lane in front of me without signaling only to brake due to stop and go rush hour traffic. Then when I tapped my brights to show my disapproval & his needless aggression he comes to a complete stop jeopardizing the safety & welfare of every driver behind him.
