Absolutely insane, this person squeezed between a car and guardrail at well over 80mph. Didn't flinch or even turn his head to look and see where my car was. Just turned the wheel. Would have hit me if I didnt slam on the brakes. They are pretty much banking on you reacting like that . Or they just don't care. And if this is the same person as the Tuscan they need there license removed. I saw them drive on the shoulder to pass cars on the on ramp several times.

I've had several encounters with this person. It's turns out it's a she, older women with an accent. Lives in Chelsea cove off Beekman rd off taconic. Yesterday I caught her on video cutting me off. She literally passed a car on the right shoulder as she got on the taconic to get in front of me. She is going to kill or hurt someone if she hasn't already I'd be surprised. She used to drive a Hyundai santefe now it a new green Subaru Impreza wagon.

This guy is insane and I have never seen someone drive with such disregard for the lives of others. The way he was cutting people off and slamming on his brakes was absurd. I watched the interstate traffic get disrupted for every aggressive move he made. To gain one car length at a time like he was trying to kill one car load of people at a time. This person drove more aggressively than any car chase I have seen even in the movies.

Yup I remember the Tucson FRF5544 I believe. Everyday around 4 flashing her high beams and honking her horn and if you don't move out of her way, she will try to hit you. Funny she never seems to get caught.
