This jerk ran red lights 4 times in a row. My dash cam pictured the moment he ran for the first time I saw him. Then he did the same in the next 3 intersections. I'm sure he kept running red lights after that; I just couldn't see because of cars in front of me. The license plate can't be seen in this picture but I managed to get it going frame by frame in the dash cam video. I double checked this plate for traffic violations and found that it belonged to this car. Btw for the last 7 months he got 6 school zone speed violations besides other things. I wasn't surprised. This dickhead has no regard to public safety.
