This is not defamation of character nor is it slander. She should have been charged for road rage, agg assault, endangering a minor, felony assault using a car as a weapon. As well as not using a signal and running a stop sign. As far as defamation goes you should have character first befor you can be defamed.

This is what makes me so mad. People treat 'minors' as if they are not human. In our day and age where everyone is talking about human rights and equality, this kid has every right to talk to you in the way he did. He apologised, explained himself, multiple times. If the woman is getting offended due to the fact she was being recorded, then tough luck. You must know you are doing something wrong for you to be afraid of getting recorded. Reporters are allowed to take videos of people, tourists are allowed to take footage of strangers, why can't a kid take a video for the protection of his own safety?
For those who are saying that the kid was trying to be 'smart' and witty, he was simply using his words wisely to ease the situation. If the kid was considered rude, then what should we label that viscous lady's cuss mouth? Kids are still human, glad to see that the youth of today are slowly understanding that despite being younger, they do not deserve or need to keep quite in situations like this.

good job getting her plate and on video. A grown woman acting like that towards a minor. Just wait a few years when he puts on some muscle weight, sure she'll be a bit more scared getting out of the car.

Whoa. If F-bombs are considered assault in Florida (they are in several states), in the course of 4 minutes and 15 seconds, I counted ten verbal assaults, five physical assaults (approaching you in a hostile manner on foot AND in her car), and three obvious threats.
Son, it is your DUTY to get one of your parents to go with you and swear out multiple complaints against this waste of air who calls herself a woman. Even now. I'm not sure about FL's statute of limitations, but even four months later, no reasonable state could allow this serious string of crimes to elapse under some SOL law.
I'm serious. File criminal charges. Then sue her for emotional distress.

As a 14 year old myself, I think that she should be getting arrested, the boy said didn't do anything wrong, they got out of the way when a car came and said have a good day, she just wanted to start stuff... that's what's wrong with society

This lady should be arrested for child endangerment, vehicular assault. And she should have her vehicle taken away from her. I hope her insurance company sees this so that they raise her rates by a few dollars so she cant afford it anymore.

Saw this crazy lady attempt to run down a minor with her car. She also left her vehicle in the middle of the road while she yelled at and threatened a group of kids. Bad driver, terrible person.
