This is not defamation of character nor is it slander. She should have been charged for road rage, agg assault, endangering a minor, felony assault using a car as a weapon. As well as not using a signal and running a stop sign. As far as defamation goes you should have character first befor you can be defamed.

In our day and age where everyone is talking about human rights and equality, this kid has every right to talk to you in the way he did. He apologised, explained himself, multiple times. If the woman is getting offended due to the fact she was being recorded, then tough luck. You must know you are doing something wrong for you to be afraid of getting recorded. Reporters are allowed to take videos of people, tourists are allowed to take footage of strangers, why can't a kid take a video for the protection of his own safety?
