The culture across America has been changing over the past few decades as the population became much more diverse and less patriotic. I've lived in several different states and have seen the changes in how people take responsibility with their automobiles. I would like to say "what a shame" but even that old phrase has little meaning nowadays because in today's low patriotism low ethics society, so many people have no sense of shame.

This driver veered out of the curb lane of the 71 North entrance on Stringtown Rd. .Which caused me to take evasive action and wreck my car into a motorist headed west on Stringtown Rd .Her reason for breaking the Law was her husband decided he wanted something to eat . That decision will cost me $500 , and all she had to do was accept responsibility for the wreck she caused . But she failed to stop after causing the wreck , showing little regard for the damage she caused .
