The driver of this BMW Z4 convertible was blasting his culture in everyone's ears at Portland's Hawthorne Fred Meyer on 8/29/20. I couldn't hear an important call I was on, and he circled the lot, parked and kept cranking it, looking for admirers. At least it was decent Earth, Wind & Fire vs. the rap garbage they usually force onto neighbors. I think he was emboldened by the riots.

Same guy playing same song (That's The Way Of The World) was at the Hawthorne Safeway on Sep. 30, right near housing where people relax and sleep. Whatever the purpose, the music is too loud to be anything but annoying.
