The driver of this car purposely tried to run me off of Leslie Road, Valencia, PA on Friday 5/13 while I was trying to pass him. Apparently he didn't like the idea that I wanted to go over the posted 25 mph speed limit. He was putzing along at just under the speed limit. A real asshole!
