This driver was driving very recklessly through construction. He came speeding up the left shoulder when the lane had already ended and all other traffic had merged. He cut in front of a car and threw mud from his back tires. He is the type of driver who endangers drivers around him as well as the people in his car.

I remember that guy! He was driving the gray SUV. I agree - very reckless and foolish. I'm surprised he didn't cause an accident or have a roll over!
