This person put on their turn signal and alammed on their breaks in order to try to get me to hit him. Then he would turn off his signal and continue on. He did it multiple times until I tried to call the police. Then he drove away in a different direction.

Was he slamming on his brake and putting his right blinker on? Were you in the left lane and not passing? The left lane is for passing and PA is notiorious for its drivers failing to keep right. The law is keep right pass left. You would be fined for such in most states. He was telling you to move over!

Actually I was behind him on a two lane road. He was just an ass who has major road rage issues.
