Terrible driver!! Just watched this jerk, who couldn't wait in the construction traffic we were ALL in, pull into the oncoming traffic lane, almost causing an accident in the process, just to get one car ahead!! Then they almost took off my bumper pulling back into the correct lane!! Watch out for this driver!
