Serious question. If you believe that the local police are trying to entrap you (and are corrupt), why wait for the FBI (or state attorney general) to contact you?

Shiny new white BMW - under cover police car driven by a plain clothes white guy who offered to put a "hit" on a creep who has been stalking me for 4 years because police want him dead worse than I do - and then can charge me w/criminal conspiracy.
