Terrible driver. This person was all over the road. They must have been testing, drunk at 10:00 AM, or just really bad at driving.

Buzzed cyclist and honked. Then swerved into the shoulder, stopped and got out of truck to harass cyclist and threatened to shoot cyclist. Short, chubby, elderly man with white hair that is ignorant of the law. Presents an aggressive danger to others on the road, and should not be allowed to drive.
