Learn to come to a COMPLETE FREAKING STOP at a stop sign instead of running it. I saw you run 2 stop signs just to pass me. If I see you doing this again, I will forward your plate to police.

UPDATE:
Oh dear...noticing the vehicle description on top is a shocker... I was chasing a Toyota Camry that ran 2 stop signs, not a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Yet, that plate I saw is what was on the Camry. So whoever drives the Jeep, I apologize. I was mad at a Toyota.
