Was this drive doing underground utility locates in the area? If the driver was doing this then it would only take about 20 minutes.
I’m not the driver but if you did have a problem you could used called me the USID and made a complaint.

That driveway looks familiar. Have you posted here before? Just curious.
Looks like a company car. Why not send this picture, along with a strongly worded but polite complaint to the driver's employer?
