African dude driving an Aztek (yeah, that horrendous looking thing).
Rides your ass despite the miles of congestion during the morning rush in Northern Virginia. He probably wastes a quarter tank of gas speeding up on people's asses and stopping abruptly. It'd be funny if he weren't endangering people with his POS car. Throughout my drive, he drives aggressively getting maybe 6-7 car lengths ahead of me just for me to catch up driving sensibly further down the road at a light or where there's congestion. A true idiot, I'm not sure if he's new to the area but he is getting absolutely nowhere driving like that.
Attached is a picture where a driver in the right lane brakes while Aztek is riding his bumper, and the Aztek abruptly turning in to my lane (no signal, of course).
No eventful video (yet), but I've seen this eyesore of a car twice last week during my morning commute so I'll keep an eye out.
If you see this guy, get away as best you can.
