she slowed down to antagonize me in a 50mph zone, break slamming and flipping me off. She was going 40mph and slowed down every time I did. Then flipped me off with her whole arm out her window when I passed her. Then she got behind me and drove crazy.

Driver slows down so that the person behind her "rides her rear" and then flips them off when they try to pass and chases them.

She is going to cause a wreck. She tried to run me off of the road. On 397 in Finely,WA. Then passed me in a dangerous no passing area then got in front of me and slowed down constantly stepping on the brakes. She was doing 40 mph in a 50 MPR zone.
