On 3/25/2017 at 11:49:12 am at the Roundabout at Bethel Road SE and Mile Hill Drive SE (SR-166) Port Orchard, Washington.

The Female Driver of the 1998 Mozda Protégé felt that the clearly posted YIELD Sign did not apply to her as she didn't even SLOW DOWN to look or even STOP to Yield.

Kinda makes you wonder how she ever got a license.
