On 5/3/2016 at around 3:15 pm at the intersection of Bethel Rd SE and Sedgwick Rd SE (SR-160).
The driver of this vehicle sat at the traffic light as it turned green. The moves forward 5 feet and STOPPED in the middle of the intersection. Then started again.
