Hell, I can back in and fit my car in that empty spot, at the expense of him not being able to open his passenger side door :)

Question? Is the charging station really "free"? Down here in CA, we have these charging stations all over the place, but you have to "buy" the power or recharging time via bank/credit card.
I do agree that the driver is a jerk parking like that...
