@ triple. I have watched this vid a total of three times already and I'm just not seeing what you describe. It's true that the driver makes a lane change to avoid what looks to be a "left turn only" lane, but he's definitely not weaving between the lanes (all over the road).

I'm split on this one. Yes, the driver is going a bit fast, but he's not driving recklessly. Just how fast was the driver over the limit?
