Young man almost ran me into curb (see pics from dash cam). No awareness of cars around him. Did not pull back when horn sounded. Almost caused a crash. Some apparent road rage as he passed and cut off and then kept pulling in front of me as I changed lanes. Incident started when he neglected to advance through left signal while on cell phone.
