A grey Infiniti SUV, cut me off and slowed way down. I went to other Lane to pass, she came to a complete stop in the other Lane on a 50mph speed limit road. Not sure if she was distracted or what but if I hadn't changed lanes I would've hit her. Dangerous distracted driver
