Grown man that acts like an 8 year old will jump out of his Prius and kick your car like a toddler throwing a tempter tantrum. Almost shot him in the face when he approached my car I really regret letting it go.
Sits with his lights on and the motor running in the parking lot then drives away when you leave. It's a new form of Organized Stalking. Sometimes several cars will do it. Usually at least 2 or three. Will start taking photos.
