I just found out about this site and thought I’d look up this plate #. Long story short, this guy intentionally sideswiped me on my motorcycle on the freeway. I filed a report with CHP and they have done absolutely nothing. I had the lic plate # correct, description of the van, and a description of the driver, who got out and attempted to confront me after I followed him. To him: Don’t endanger a life because the car in front of you is going too slow. You almost made my wife a widow while carrying our unborn child. To motorcycle riders: watch out, you cannot fend a driver who means you harm. Get away and keep your distance. To anybody else who is assaulted on the road, call 911, even if you’re physically okay. If you don’t, nothing will happen. Filing a report will put something on record, but don’t expect any action.
