This driver made a delivery and parked in the middle of the street (Kentucky St. in Vallejo) crossways, blocking traffic in both directions and blocking the parking space in front of my home. This speed demon was racing up the 55 fwy through Orange. Just pasting everyone at 90+. She got trapped behind someone and ducked into the carpool lane to pass. Maybe she will calm down after she causes an accident.

Tailgating, no-signal cutting-off at high speed, illegal passing all on wet pavement in rush hour .
Tailgating, no-signal cutting-off at high speed, illegal passing all on wet pavement in rush hour .
Weaving between cars at 110 MPH in moderate traffic. Speed limit was 65 MPH and traffic flow was around 70-75 MPH.
Almost hit my car as well as many others.
