OK. Both the car and biker were in the wrong. The car driver split a double yellow line. The biker was lane splitting which is iLlEgAl and he was going too fast.
I think you should give this dude a break because the ford fusion driver probably didnt see the biker because he was so far back and he was going a little bit too fast and wasnt being careful.
The fusion driver I in fact DO forgive. I understand that he may not have seen the biker because he was very far back and was going a slight bit too fast. The fusion driver also used his blinker like there was nothing wrong for him to move over...but he/she did cross a double yellow line. Both are in the wrong in case you wanna give a crap about it.
I don't care what your opinion is because both were doing something strange.
