This Driver was flashing high beams repeatedly when I was going the speed limit. He or she scared me & I could of swearved & got out of the lane, he also blinded me by flashing his high beams right into my rear view mirror & I think he was out of line doing all of that when I was going speed limit. It's scary to Know there are drivers not willing to cooperate with speed limits & will do anything to get someone' out of there way except I wasn't able to move over a different lane because it was on a one way & it was a downhill bridge separator.

Driver passed by going over the double yellow line for 100 ft then stayed in left turn lane at red light. When the light turned green driver didn’t turn left but instead then passed vehicles going straight.
