This is my first time having to post on a driver. I can see I'm not the only one who had a bad encounter with this specific driver, she needs to be stopped as she is a danger to all drivers. This afternoon, I'll say around 4pm, I was on las virgenes/Malibu Canyon behind a car waiting to turn left on Mulholland to head towards Calabasas due to terrible traffic on the 101. We could not turn left right away since cars were still coming through Malibu towards the 101. The driver behind me 6UYC664 started honking at me, and she was being very annoying. I did not understand why she was honking as you could see I was behind a car that was waiting to turn left on mulholland. We finally turn left, I was now driving on mulholland, passing King Gillet Ranch when this crazy driver passes me and get right in front of me and brakes... she gets her arm out of the window with something black that she was holding in her hand... I did not know what it was. I remained calm but annoyed with this wreckless driver. She was swerving right and left, then braking consistently etc... we ended up to be all at a dead stop as an accident happened way ahead and created a terrible traffic jam. She continued to act nonsensibly... kind of a scary behavior. I took photos and videos. I agree with everyone else on this page that this driver should not have the permit to drive. She is completely wreckless... it worries me for young drivers/students to know this person is out there driving as if she is under the influence of whatever and is out of her mind.
