Plate belongs to a Dodge Charger. The driver suffered from road rage, continual honking of their horn, waiving their hands in the air, swerving through traffic, and also swerved at my car trying to push me off the road. They were upset by a third car turning left in heavy traffic.

The driver of this vehicle is a lunatic. He/she repeatedly cut me off on the 805 freeway, then proceeded to slam on the brakes. I literally watched them swerving in and out of bumper to bumper traffic, to avoid getting their ass kicked.
